That is our philosophy.
Structured Way is a London-based company. We help bring structure to the things that matter. The vision is to bring structure to a complex world.
Big vision. Focused products. We start with program and project management.
Everyone who has worked in a professional team has done some form of project management. The planning. The chasing. The status updates. The unblocking. The glue work that holds delivery together. Most people do it without a methodology to lean on.
That is what we are here to change.
For PMO leaders, program managers, project managers, product managers, and software developers running their own work, we publish minimalist toolkits and methodologies. Practical playbooks and templates you can buy once and apply today.
Project management made easy for beginners. Minimalist structure for heads of PMOs running complex programs. Same thinking. Different depth.
That is where we begin. Work, first. More to come.
I'm passionate about bringing structure to complexity, in work and in life. 📌
For the last 15+ years I've worked across software engineering, product management, and program management inside large organisations and start-ups. I've built products from scratch and run programs across multiple teams. 🏗️
Throughout, I kept noticing the same thing: small structures made a massive difference. That is why I started Structured Way, to bring minimal structures to complexity through boutique advisory and program management blueprints packaged as digital toolkits, ready to download.
I have been journalling 📓 since I was 11 and read non-fiction books obsessively. I write everything down, except the one thing I never thought to write was "become an author." Thirty years of habit and curiosity led me there anyway, and I have recently published my book Your (Un)Structured Life!. More on it below.
How much structure do you need to feel free?
If you've been waiting for permission to build a life that doesn't look like anyone else's, where the balance is slightly off by conventional standards and that's exactly the point, this book is for you.
Structure is a choice, and so is chaos. The power is in knowing when to choose which.
If you're leading a program that's lost its shape — multiple teams, no single objective, reports from ten different sources — I can help. I sprint in, diagnose what's wrong, design the operating model, and hand it back. Your team owns the structure from day one.
